Gathering of Personally-identifying Information
Certain visitors to Parentpiphany’s websites choose to interact with us in ways that require us to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at Parentpiphany.com to provide a username and email address. We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.
Parentpiphany may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. We may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Parentpiphany does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
Protection of Certain Personally-identifying Information
Parentpiphany discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Parentpiphany ’s behalf or to provide services available at Parentpiphany’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. If you are a registered user of a Parentpiphany website and have supplied your email address, Parentpiphany may send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Parentpiphany and our products. If you send us a request (for example via email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Our Service are not for and therefore does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information on the Site from anyone under the age of 18 or allow minors under the age of 18 to disclose their Personal Information to us through the Sites. The Sites are directed to individuals who are permitted to share their Personal Information without parental consent. We provide the opportunity to sign-up for n email newsletter by entering in your name and email address in a sign up form.
In some cases we may ask you for further information, such as name, occupation, address or telephone number. Regarding the processing of this personal data you will be asked to grant your explicit consent.
If you subscribe for our email newsletter your IP address as well as data and time of subscription will be collected. This allows us to prevent misuse of our services or of the e-mail address of the subscriber. The subscription may be terminated by you at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each newsletter. We will delete the relevant personal data promptly upon your unsubscribe instruction.
You cannot access or use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Harassment in any manner or form of the Site, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Below are the terms for service specific housed under Parentpiphany, LLC. By purchasing these services you are agreeing to these terms.
The Parentpiphany subscription auto-renews monthly, semi-annually or annually based on the membership level you have chosen at the time of checkout.
Parentpiphany members are responsible for cancelling their subscription via the Membership Account page. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you will need to cancel your membership BEFORE your renewal date which is shown in your Membership Account or receipt, upon which your subscription will continue until the end of your current term. Once your membership account has expired, access to the membership, and its contents will cease.
For Membership & Coaching Programs:
3-Month Membership Commitment
I understand I am joining the Parentpiphany membership for a three-month membership. I understand that I may not cancel my membership during this time and that I am responsible for all membership payments over the next three (3) months.
6-Month Membership Commitment
I understand I am joining the Parentpiphany membership for a six-month membership. I understand that I may not cancel my membership during this time and that I am responsible for all membership payments over the next six (6) months.
9-Month Payment Plan Commitment
I understand I am enrolling in the Parentpiphany coaching program under a 9-month payment plan commitment. I understand that I may not cancel or stop payment for this purchase during this time and that I am responsible for all program payments over the next nine (9) months.
Membership Site Terms and Conduct
Upon joining, you will be given access to a members’ only area via secure link and login using an email and password. You agree to not share your login credentials or the secure link with anyone for any reason. You will not share your username and password with any person who did not pay for access to this program. You also agree that you will not sell access to this program and will not sell any of its content without written permission.
Use of content, unless otherwise stated, is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute content, print multiple copies, or use the content for public display or performance unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update any templates or materials sold in our membership at any time without notice. Only current members in good financial standing are eligible to receive the updated templates. Meaning, members who cancel their payment are not owed any updates to past or future templates or resources sold in the membership.
Refund and Return Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer any refund or returns for any products or services sold on our website for any reason. Please note: If you opted for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our collection agency. If you have any questions about our Refund and Return Policy, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
For our coaching program we offer a 30-day Conditional Guarantee. We do not offer refunds.
To request consideration for the Guarantee, clients are required to: complete the material by watching each video and completing each lesson, watch at least one coaching call, engage in the Facebook student community, fill out the Busy Parent Life Workbook, complete the steps included in the 7 Days to Thrive Challenge, and submit proof of those actions in addition to a debrief of your experience using the strategies taught in the Hello Motherhood.

As mentioned above, all returns are discretionary. If you just downloaded the Coaching Material (PDFs, audios, videos, additional workbooks, and/or etc.), and then promptly asked for a return, we reserve the right to deny your request. Why? Because the point of the policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the Coaching Material.
Client is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with services they purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our collection agency.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace to our website, our policies, our Terms and Service at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide a 15-day notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Site and Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, stop using the Service.
Purchasers/Members expressly agrees that Purchaser’s/Member’s use of this site is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Parentpiphany, nor Sharita Thompson shall accept responsibility that the website, its servers, or email sent from the website are free of viruses or other harmful components. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the website, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages. Purchaser/Member further acknowledges that any information or materials on this site may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted.
The materials on the website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Duplicating any of the Site’s text (even if it is credited) is strictly prohibited.
How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register as a customer or Parentpiphany member on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
If you have an account/profile on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
No site is safe from hackers. However, if a data breach should occur, Parentpiphany will comply with the Fair Information Practices Principles and will notify you immediately through email and through notifications on our website.
If Parentpiphany, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Parentpiphany goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Parentpiphany may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
